Booth Information
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will receive an 8’ high back wall draped in blue. The 3’ high side rail drape will be white. A one line identification sign will be provided indicating the name of the exhibiting company and booth number. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
Furniture Package
Tables and chairs are not included with the standard Evolution booth. For your convenience, the conference offers rental of a booth furniture package, including 6’ blue skirted table, two standard side chairs, and waste basket for $350. If you would like to order the furniture package, please click here.
Advanced Warehouse Shipping
Shipments should arrive between November 13, 2023 and December 1, 2023.

Hotel Reservations
Reserving a booth or sponsorship for Evolution of Psychotherapy must be completed before hotel reservations will be accepted. Once you have purchased your booth or sponsorship, your confirmation email will include a link to secure your hotel room at discounted room rates. Please note that the hotel will not accept reservations directly.
